GENERAL CONDITIONS LOVE IBIZA®
1. Prices
The prices stated on the website include VAT and exclude shipping costs.
2. Orders
Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation by email.
In this order you see the products incl. VAT and incl. shipping costs. You go
agree to a digital invoice.
3. Payments
You can pay with Ideal, Paypal, Sofort, Bancontact, Mastercard.
Ideal is the most commonly chosen payment method, with this payment method you can process the payment safely and directly via the specific security methods of your own bank.
4. Inventory
It may happen that a product is not in stock and this is not properly stated in the shop. We will let you know as soon as possible and, if possible, order the product as soon as possible. We will of course also ask you whether you would like to receive an alternative or your money back.
5. Shipping
All shipments are made via PostNL. We send small, light items in a letterbox package, larger items and orders with a value higher than €30 are sent as a package.
6. Delivery
Love Ibiza strives to ship all orders within 2 days of receipt of payment. If this is deviated from for any reason, we will let you know by email as soon as possible. Love Ibiza is not liable for damaged or lost items by PostNL.
7. Returns
If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered and you want to return it, you can contact us by sending an email to info@loveibiza.nl stating your order number and the reason for return. Items purchased in the sale cannot be returned.
The product must always be returned undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days, shipping costs are at your own expense.
8.Privacy
All personal data will only be used for processing the order and communication with the customer. The data will never be made available to third parties.

Love Ibiza is a registered trademark. All rights are reserved. Nothing from this website may be copied, stored and/or distributed without written permission from Love Ibiza.
